All rates are subject to change. Deposit and cancellation policy For RV Sites: For a stay of 29 days or less, a deposit equal to the cost of your first night's stay is due at the time you make the reservation. For a stay of 29 days or less there is a 72 hour cancellation required. If you cancel before 1:00 PM 72 or more hours before the date of your arrival, there is a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours of your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. The cost of your entire stay is due upon check-in. For a stay of 30 days or longer, a deposit equal to the cost of your first month's stay is due at the time you make the reservation. For a stay of 30 days or longer, there is a 30 day cancellation required. If you cancel before 1:00 30 or more days prior to your reservation, there is a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. There are no refunds of your deposit of monthly rentals during the months of November through March. We honor Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. |
