 Cottage Rentals
Grand Opening Special! This is the first year our RV Resort has cottages for rent on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. These homes will sleep up to four adults and four children. Each cottage has either a full or queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom and a nice sleeper sofa in the living room. The cottages contain 300 sq. ft. downstairs plus an upstairs loft for the kids that has two double mattresses. (Please note that the ceiling in the loft area is only 3-3 ½ feet tall, so it may or may not be suitable for older children or adults).
The cottages are fully furnished, including linens, towels and kitchen utensils, including a coffee maker. A breakfast table with 4 chairs located by the kitchen area comes standard as well.
Sorry, but pets and smoking are not allowed in the cottages. However, pets are allowed in our RV sites.
The rental rates for our cottages are seasonal. Discounts are offered for weekly or longer stays. This is one of the best deals in town and we are quickly filling up, so call now for our current rates!

Other terms of occupancy:
Minimum Length Stay: 2 nights on all stays excluding holidays. A minimum 3 night stay is required on holidays.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in our cottages. There is a $200 charge for breaking this rule.
Linens and Towels: Provided by Hill Country; however, neither linen nor housekeeping service is provided during your stay.
Maid Service: No maid service is provided.
Soap and Shampoo: Provided by Hill Country.
Smoking Policy: There is a non-smoking policy inside the cottages and all indoor spaces. There is a $100 charge for breaking this rule.
Tax Rate: Currently 13% in New Braunfels.
Guarantee Policy: Cottage location cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if canceled more than two weeks before the arrival date. A cancellation fee equal to one night will be charged if the reservation is canceled less than two weeks prior to arrival date. The cost for your entire stay will be charged upon arrival.
Damages: Guest is responsible for the payment of any damages.
