This cottage will sleep up to nine people and was custom built and delivered brand new to us in late 2008. This extraordinary cottage contains two small, adjacent bedrooms and a large living room. It contains approx. 750 sq. ft. plus an attached deck with chairs. Each of the 2 bedrooms contains a queen size bed, while the living room contains a sleeper sofa and a futon that pulls out into an additional bed. If a guest needs to expand the sleeping arrangements to accommodate 9 persons, we can provide a rollaway bed or blow-up mattress. The cottage is air conditioned and heated.

These homes come fully furnished, including linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and flat screen TV with DVD player. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. A breakfast table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar that seats 3 more people comes standard as well. The exterior contains a barbeque grill in addition to the deck. It has one bathroom and shower; however, if you need to take more showers faster, there is a clean bath house nearby that contains several showers and is available for your free use.

The cottage is located in close proximity to the indoor swimming pool and office. We have 5 Selma cottages, all of which are located in our middle park and sit on sites 53,56,58,60 and 62

Other terms of occupancy:

Minimum Length Stay: There is no minimum stay requirement during the off season. There is a 2 night minimum stay in some instances and there may be a 3 night minimum stay on certain holidays and festivals

Cancellation Policy: On stays of 30 days or less, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged if canceled more than two weeks before the arrival date. If your reservation is cancelled less than two weeks prior to 4:00 P.M. of your arrival date, the cancellation fee is a loss of your deposit. On stays of 30 days or longer, the cancellation fee is a loss of your deposit. The cost for your entire stay will be charged upon arrival.

Group Cancellation Policy: (applies for 3 or more cottages): A deposit equal to 1/2 the amount of the stay is due at time reservation is made. The deposit is refundable, less the $25 cancellation fee, up to 30 days before the first night. If a group reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your stay, the deposit is non refundable.

Refunds: There are no refunds after arrival

Deposit: On stays of less than 30 days, a deposit equal to the cost of your first night's stay is required. On stays of 30 days or longer, a deposit equal to the first month is required. No matter how long you stay, the balance of your stay is to be paid upon arrival. There is no security deposit. Deposit requirements may change from time to time without notice.

Check In / Check Out: Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out is noon.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in our cottages. There is a $200 charge for breaking this rule. Pets may be allowed on stays of 30 days and longer with a pet deposit or extra charge.

Linens and Towels: Provided by Hill Country, but neither linen nor housekeeping service is provided during your stay. However, towels may be exchanged at the front desk.

Maid Service: No maid service is provided.

Soap and Shampoo: Provided by Hill Country.

Smoking Policy: There is a non-smoking policy inside the cottages and all indoor spaces. There is a $200 charge for breaking this rule.

Minimum Age:The responsible guest needs to be 21 years of age or older

Tax Rate: Currently 13% in New Braunfels.

Guarantee Policy: Cottage location cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to upgrade you to a more expensive cottage at no charge if we deem necessary.

Damages: Guest is responsible for the payment of any damages.
