The Guadalupe cottage is our newest cottage and sleeps up to four adults and four children. The cottage has a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom, a sleeper sofa and chair in the living room, and two double mattresses in the upstairs loft area. (Even though the 10x12 loft in this cottage is taller than other cottages, please note that the ceiling in the loft area is only about 4-4 /1/2 feet tall at it’s tallest point, so it may or may not be suitable for older children or adults). This cottage is our widest cottage at 15 feet, making for a roomier feel than the 12 and 14 foot wide cottages. The cottage is air conditioned and heated.

There also is a TV with DVD player and ceiling fan in the living room. A breakfast table with 4 chairs comes standard in the Guadalupe cottages. This cottage contains approx. 400 sq. ft. downstairs plus the upstairs loft, and was delivered brand new to our park in 2010. This cottage comes with an attached covered deck with chairs, picnic table, and BBQ grill.

The kitchen contains a refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. A breakfast table with 4 chairs also is included. It has one bathroom and shower; however, if you need to take more showers faster, there is a clean bath house nearby that contains several showers and is available for your free use. We have 10 Guadalupe cottages and they sit on sites 7,8,9,47,48,49,51,59,61 and 63 See the Park Layout.

Other terms of occupancy:

Minimum Length Stay: There is no minimum stay requirement during the off season. There is a 2 night minimum stay in some instances and there may be a 3 night minimum stay on certain holidays and festivals

Cancellation Policy: On stays of 29 days or less, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged if canceled more than two weeks before the arrival date. If your reservation is cancelled less than two weeks prior to 4:00 P.M. of your arrival date, the cancellation fee is a loss of your deposit. On stays of 30 days or longer, the cancellation fee is a loss of your deposit. The cost for your entire stay will be charged upon arrival.

Group Cancellation Policy: (applies for 3 or more cottages): A deposit equal to 1/2 the amount of the stay is due at time reservation is made. The deposit is refundable, less the $25 cancellation fee, up to 30 days before the first night. If a group reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your stay, the deposit is non refundable.

Refunds: There are no refunds after arrival

Deposit: On stays of less than 30 days, a deposit equal to the cost of your first night's stay is required. On stays of 30 days or longer, a deposit equal to the first month is required. No matter how long you stay, the balance of your stay is to be paid upon arrival. There is no security deposit. Deposit requirements may change from time to time without notice.

Check In / Check Out: Check in time is 4:00 PM or later.We will allow an earlier check in if the cottage is clean and ready for occupancy. Check out is noon.

Pet Policy: Pets only are allowed in our "pet friendly" cottages with an extra charge and possible deposit. There is a $200 charge for bringing a pet that has not been allowed in writing by us.

Linens and Towels: Provided by Hill Country, but neither linen nor housekeeping service is provided during your stay. However, towels may be exchanged at the front desk.

Maid Service: No maid service is provided.

Soap and Shampoo: Provided by Hill Country.

Smoking Policy: There is a non-smoking policy inside the cottages and all indoor spaces. There is a $200 charge for breaking this rule.

Minimum Age:The responsible guest needs to be 18 years of age or older

Tax Rate: Currently 13% in New Braunfels.

Guarantee Policy: Cottage location cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to upgrade you to a more expensive cottage at no charge if we deem necessary.

Damages: Guest is responsible for the payment of any damages.
