This cottage sleeps up to four people. It has a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The San Antonio contains approx. 400 sq. ft. and was delivered brand new to our park in late 2008. This is a beautiful custom built cottage with Cherrywood cabinetry, built in shelves, a flat screen TV with a DVD player in the living room and a flat screen TV in the bedroom, bay windows and a washer/dryer. The cottage is very light and bright and also contains a chair and ceiling fan in the living room. An outside uncovered patio with a picnic table and chairs and barbeque grill also is included. This cottage is both air conditioned and heated.

The San Antonio cottage comes fully furnished, including linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, gas stove & oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. A breakfast table with 4 chairs is included. The San Antonio has one bathroom and shower; however, if you need to take more showers faster, there is a clean bath house nearby that contains several showers and is available for your free use.

Other terms of occupancy:

Minimum Length Stay: There is no minimum stay requirement during the low season. There is a 2 night minimum stay in the some instances and there may be a 3 night minimum stay on certain holidays and festivals

Cancellation Policy: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if canceled more than two weeks before the arrival date. A cancellation fee equal to one night will be charged if the reservation is canceled less than two weeks prior to arrival date. The cost for your entire stay will be charged upon arrival.

Group Cancellation Policy: (applies for 3 or more cottages): A deposit equal to 1/2 the amount of the stay is due at time reservation is made. The deposit is refundable, less the $25 cancellation fee, up to 30 days before the first night. If a group reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your stay, the deposit is non refundable.

Refunds: There are no refunds after arrival

Check In / Check Out: Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out is noon.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in our cottages. There is a $200 charge for breaking this rule. Pets may be allowed on stays of 30 days and longer with a pet deposit.

Linens and Towels: Provided by Hill Country; however, neither linen nor housekeeping service is provided during your stay.

Maid Service: No maid service is provided.

Soap and Shampoo: Provided by Hill Country.

Smoking Policy: There is a non-smoking policy inside the cottages and all indoor spaces. There is a $200 charge for breaking this rule.

Minimum Age:The responsible guest needs to be 21 years of age or older

Tax Rate: Currently 13% in New Braunfels.

Guarantee Policy: Cottage location cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to upgrade you to a more expensive cottage at no charge if we deem necessary.

Damages: Guest is responsible for the payment of any damages.
