All RV sites are full hook-up, including free WiFi and cable and we offer planned activities. All of our cottages and cabins come fully furnished, including a kitchen, linens and cooking utensils. They are much nicer and more private than a hotel room.

There literally are hundreds of sights and attractions to see, both in New Braunfels and within a short drive. The following area attractions are very popular, both for families and Winter Texas: world famous Schlitterbahn Water Park, historic Gruene, “toobing” on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers with local outfitters such as Rockin R River Rides, Landa Park golf course, Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch, Retama Park Race Track, and Natural Bridge Caverns. Being less than a 15 minute drive to the outskirts of San Antonio to the south, we are within a short drive to the Alamo, River Walk, Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, San Antonio Zoo and much more. To the north of us, you can take a 15 minute drive to the beautiful town of San Marcos, home of two large outlet malls, Texas State University, Aquarena Springs and more. Austin, Texas’ capital is a short 45 minute drive. While there, you can visit the Texas Capitol,Governor’s Mansion, Zilker Park, University of Texas, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower and much more. For our Winter Texan friends, daytime temperatures in the winter months are usually in the 50’s to 70’s. Hill Country RV Resort is a popular spot for our northern visitors, whether you decide to stay a night or 6 months.
